From a young age my interest for fitness was captured. I trained regularly to burn excess energy as i was growing up which helped me keep focus and control my attention, This was mainly done through my love of boxing. I competed in boxing locally, nationally & through in house competitions. I also enjoyed and still do strength-endurance training which includes weight training and calisthenics which would help improve overall level of fitness and improve aesthetics.
After having many people ask me for advice and guidance i decided to pursue a career in personal training. Over the past 10 years i have coached many different fitness classes and helped many clients achieve there goals. My main aim will always be to help Clients achieve their goals but also help improve their confidence, technique and gym based knowledge so that they can train and push themselves to new heights.
