I Have been involved in martial arts for most of my life, competing in judo from the age of 6 later competing in kick boxing. I have successfully been involved in amateur football as a player and as a coach.
I am always looking to improve my knowledge for myself and to pass on to others, I do this by having mentors from different sectors of fitness from strength & conditioning through to nutrition.
My aim is to help people improve their lifestyles using a variety of different protocols from zoning in on optimum nutrition for you, training to suit your needs and live a longer healthier life.
I am currently studying for qualifications in sports nutrition and naturopathic medicine, I have a passion for teaching how to optimise gut health, hormones and general well-being.
