I have been actively involved in helping clients reach their health and fitness goals since 1990. My passion for this industry was ignited when I became involved in Olympic weightlifting, competing at a national level as part of a local squad of lifters. At this time I was on the receiving end of inspirational coaching and support and recognised the positive impact this had on my life.

Since qualifying as an advanced Instructor and Personal Trainer I have combined both knowledge and experience to help individuals excel. Sessions are varied and progressive using both traditional and highly innovative training methods. Personal training is a partnership that requires commitment and focus on both sides.
