I am a highly driven and motivated individual with a keen interest in finding new and affective training methods that will help improve sports performance and general health and wellbeing. I have spent 4 years training and competing in the sport of rowing which involved a 6 day a week training programme and I ended up competing for the region and raced against some of the best crews in the country including crews from Canada, Spain, China and Germany. I've taken part in other events relative to fitness such as Tough mudder, a half marathon, a full marathon, cycling from London to Paris and am now showing an interest in combat sports such as boxing and muay Thai kickboxing; My time spent in these sports gave me the work ethic needed to apply myself well to practical tasks and I'm now looking to help other people reach their full potential in whatever they choose to excel at.
