I am in love with weight training, it's not all about endless hours of cardio, yes it can have it's place & I am a big fan of HIIT Training but there is something really empowering about shifting heavy weights. I train hard myself & practice what I preach. Weights are not just for the guys! My aim is to inspire others men or women to want to lift heavy, feel strong & get fantastic results!
